虽然Activision与Vivendi不再参加今年的E3大展，但是其他的开发商及发行商依然对这一最具影响力的展会表现出了足够的支持。今天ESA公布了确定参加今年E3大展的游戏厂商，包括了绝大部分的游戏公司——也包括刚宣布退出ESA的LucasArts。以下是主要参展厂商列表。
今年的E3将于7月15-17日召开，地点依然是一贯的在洛杉矶会展中心。去年ESA对E3进行改进，将展会搬迁到圣塔莫尼卡举办，并改为邀请参加，此举被视为十分失败的举措，不仅使规模和观众人数锐减，并且其影响力也大为下降，今年便改回原样。
